Superb Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. The pole shape is predominantly dodecagon or octagonal conical, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters/second.
2. The functional framework primarily incorporates decorative materials, including steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, ensuring robust performance.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed mechanism allows for a smooth rise of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Upon reaching the designated position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system can support 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halides (white light), providing both light and floodlight options.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed,

The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
