Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light is a marvel of engineering excellence.
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with maximum wind resistance designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The framework is functional yet decorative, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, with components like the lamp post and lamp plate benefiting from hot dip galvanization.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting system operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady and alignedduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, an automatic hook mechanism ensures it is securely dropped and locked.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400 W or 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller offers automated control of switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,

and grounding wires, each 1.1 meters long, are welded securely to the underground bolts for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed 18 meters in height and feature an electric lifting mechanism for effortless operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically disengages, securing itself in place while the wire rope is effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamps come equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, allowing seamless elevation of the lamp tray.
These lamps can descend to a safe and reliable height of 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high pole lamps feature a spare cable. Upon lowering the lamp tray to an appropriate level, one end of the spare cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for efficient maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns on the lift-type high pole lamp boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending the bulb's service life. The construction materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
