The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design is typically a striking dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. Post cutting and bending,the parts undergo automatic welding, reaching heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to its functional features, decorative components are primarily crafted from steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly consisting of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.The interior of the lamp post boasts a lifting speed ranging between 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operations.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stable positioning of the lamp plate..During lifting, the lamp plate is securely guided. Once in place, it can be automatically lowered and locked by a reliable hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system includes 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W, utilizing metal halide for crisp white light in both spotlights and floodlights.A computer time controller allows for effortless management of the lighting, enabling automatic switching and flexible options for part or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features an impressive 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted at the lamp top,

while the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are meticulously classified into two distinct varieties: the lifting type and the non-lifting type. With the lifting main pole towering above 18 meters, the electric lifting operation ensures seamless and effortless adjustments. Once elevated to the desired position, the lamp tray autonomously secures itself by detaching and hanging in a specially designed ditch, allowing the wire rope to be efficiently released.
The innovative lifting-type high-pole lamp boasts dual control options-manual and electric. This flexibility empowers users to lower the lamp tray safely and with utmost reliability to just 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks.
Equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire, the manual remote control device allows operators to remotely maneuver the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring their safety during the lifting process.
Our lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an essential spare cable. As the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket while the other seamlessly integrates into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling a direct power supply for seamless maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
Crafted to adhere to the IP65 international standard, the sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns ensures impeccable protection against dust and rain, significantly prolonging the bulb's lifespan. Constructed from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance, enhancing the durability and reliability of our lamps and lanterns.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
