The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, it undergoes cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The general heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters/second.
2. In the functional framework, decorative materials primarily consist of steel. Steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.The inside of the lamp post has a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically locks into place with the hook.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlighting, and floodlighting options.A computer time controller can automatically manage switching times, part lighting, or full illumination,
6. The lightning protection system consists of a 1.5-meter long lightning rod on top of the lamp.

Classification of high pole lamps
Generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole heights are generally over 18m, facilitating convenient electric lifting. Once raised to the working position, the lamp tray detaches and hangs securely, allowing the wire rope to be unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, ensuring the lamp tray
can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead wire, allowing the operator to control the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, and the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring direct power supply and allowing for overhauls.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The materials include corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.
