The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters/second.
2. In addition to their functional framework, these lights also feature decorative elements. Key materials include steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, with all components being hot-dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.The interior of the lamp post enables a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains steady and doesn't move transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks into place with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W, 1000 W, metal halide (white light), providing both light and floodlight.A computer time controller automates the switching times, allowing for part or full illumination as needed,
6. For lightning protection, the lamp top is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

Classification of high pole lamps
These can be generally divided into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles are typically over 18m high and feature electric lifting operations. Once raised to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach and hang securely, with the wire rope unloading.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes,
allowing safe and reliable lowering to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m wire, enabling safe operation from a 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for direct electricity supply during maintenance. Simply insert one end into the electrical control system and the other into the lamp tray junction box.
All lift-type high-pole lamps feature IP65 international standard sealing to prevent dust and rain intrusion, enhancing bulb longevity. The lamp materials are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
