Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles generally exceed 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can automatically detach, secure itself into place, and the wire rope can be safely released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to approximately 2.5 meters above ground level, ensuring easy maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely control the lifting process from a 5-meter distance, thereby safeguarding personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps include a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box. This enables direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending bulb lifespan. The lamps and lanterns are typically constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
