The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plate through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. The structural framework is both functional and decorative, primarily utilizing steel. Components like the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, enabling a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure stability and prevent the lamp plate from moving transversely.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate can be automatically lowered and securely locked by the hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is designed to accommodate 6 to 24 lamps with 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), suitable for both spot and floodlighting.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted at the top of the lamp,
while the underground foundation features a 1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type usually features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, with convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches and hangs securely in the groove, releasing the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This design ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance.
For enhanced safety, the manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring operator safety.
Additionally, all lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of this cable is inserted into the electrical control system’s socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and repairs of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp conforms to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby prolonging the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
