The configuration of high mast light:
1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates through expert cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In the structural framework, the emphasis is on both functionality and aesthetics, using primarily steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates that are hot-dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The internal mechanics allow for a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks into place securely with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is versatile and powerful, accommodating between 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) for both spotlighting and floodlighting. A computer time controller provides automatic control of switching times and lighting modes, whether partial or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.
The underground foundation is reinforced with 1.1-meter-long grounding wires, all welded securely to the underground bolts for comprehensive protection.
Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting main poles generally exceed 18 meters in height, featuring an electric lifting mechanism for convenience. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it can automatically secure itself, detach, and hang in the designated position, allowing the wire rope to be easily unfastened.
The lifting high-pole lamp boasts two control modes: manual and electric, ensuring that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely manage the lifting process from a distance of 5 meters, thereby enhancing personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. Once the lamp tray reaches an appropriate position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply for lamp maintenance and overhauling.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain, which significantly extends the bulb's service life. The lamp and lantern materials are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
