Types of High Pole Lamps: An Overview
Our high pole lamps are classified into two primary types: lifting and non-lifting. Designed with efficiency in mind, the lifting main pole typically soars above 18 meters, enabling convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated working height, it seamlessly detaches, securing itself in place while the wire rope is effortlessly released.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control options, the lifting type high-pole lamp allows the lamp tray
to be lowered safely and reliably to just 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. Featuring a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control, operators can safely manage the lifting and lowering from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety at all times.
Moreover, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. As the lamp tray descends to the appropriate level, one end of the spare cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, enabling efficient maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards. This ensures comprehensive protection against dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the service life of the bulb. Crafted from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, our lamps and lanterns offer superior corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.

6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
