Product Description

The Configuration of High Mast Light:

1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are cut, bent, and welded automatically. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally framed and aesthetically enhanced, the materials prominently include steel and steel pipes. The lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot-dip galvanizing treatment for superior durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. It facilitates a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during the lifting process.During the lifting process, once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can automatically descend and lock into place thanks to the integrated hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting. A computer time controller manages the automatic switching, enabling either partial or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, while the underground foundation is fitted with 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High mast lighting systems are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height and offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hooks securely into the groove, and the wire rope is effortlessly disengaged.
The lifting high-pole lamp is equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes. This dual control system ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to remotely manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring the operator's personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable can be connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, enabling easy maintenance and servicing of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole series meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending the bulb's service life. These lamps and lanterns are constructed from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
