Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. The design features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance capacity designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, the framework is primarily composed of steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W or 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer-controlled timer can automatically manage the switching times, enabling either partial or full illumination,
6. The lightning protection system is state-of-the-art, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,
while the underground foundation is equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, seamlessly welded with the underground bolt for optimal safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach, securely hang in the designated groove, and the wire rope can be safely removed.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual control modes—manual and electric—providing flexibility in operations. This innovative design allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct power supply, simplifying the maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp series adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, and extending the bulb's lifespan. The materials used, primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their superior corrosion resistance.
