Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending, automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m, and 35m. The maximum wind resistance design is up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework also includes decorative materials, primarily steel. Components like steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The lamp post features a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, made up of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate does not move transversely during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. The computer time controller can automatically manage the switching times, enabling part lighting or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

while the underground foundation includes a 1-meter long grounding wire, welded to the underground bolt, ensuring optimal safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
Our high mast lighting solutions are elegantly classified into two primary types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting variant typically features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, facilitating effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its optimal working height, the lamp tray autonomously detaches and secures itself in position, allowing the wire rope to be seamlessly released.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control options—manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray can be efficiently lowered for maintenance.
With unmatched safety and reliability, the lamp tray can be effortlessly lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance tasks. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, guaranteeing their safety.
Furthermore, every lift-type high-pole lamp is outfitted with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to its designated position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other end integrates with the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration ensures a direct power supply for easy servicing and repair of the luminaires.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 sealing grade, adhering to international standards to prevent the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps and lanterns exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
