1. The structure is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates, meticulously cut and bent,and seamlessly welded. These poles reach impressive heights of 25m, 30m, or even 35m, with a formidable wind resistance designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The framework is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, primarily made of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all fortified with hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, the system allows for a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway transversely.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate can be effortlessly secured and locked into place with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. It supports metal halide bulbs (white light), spotlights, and floodlights for comprehensive illumination.Equipped with a computer time controller, it can automate the timing for switching, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination as per requirement.

Classification of high pole lamps: Understand the different variants and their unique adaptations to various needs.
Generally, these lamps are divided into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in the ditch, and be easily managed by unloading the wire rope.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
can descend reliably to just 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lamp panel's movement from a safe 5-meter distance, prioritizing operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a spare cable. This allows for direct electrical supply and maintenance of the lamps and lanterns when the lamp tray is correctly positioned. Simply insert one cable end into the electrical control system socket and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain. This extends the bulb's service life. The lamps are crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
