Structural Design: The poles are crafted in either a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, constructed from high-strength steel plate that has undergone precision cutting and bending.With automatic welding, these structures boast general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters/second, ensuring durability and stability.
2. Functional Framework & Aesthetics: This framework is enhanced with decorative elements, predominantly using steel and steel pipe for lamp posts and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for longevity.
3. Electric Lifting System: Our electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes with cables.Inside the lamp post, a lift operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, providing swift and efficient elevation.
4. Guiding and Unloading System: The guiding and unloading mechanism consists of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady and does not sway. During elevation, once in place, the lamp plate is designed to automatically descend and lock securely with a hook.

Lighting Electrical System: This system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, with options for metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights for optimal illumination.A computerized time controller facilitates automatic switching, enabling partial or full lighting to suit your needs.

the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt, ensuring safety during electrical storms.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
These can generally be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operation. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically detaches, securing itself in place, while the wire rope is efficiently unloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual control modes, both manual and electric, allowing
the safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to approximately 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance. With a 10m lead wire for the manual remote control, operators can manage the lift remotely from a distance of 5m, ensuring maximum safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable for emergencies. When the tray descends to a workable position, the cable connects to the electrical control system for a direct power supply, aiding in comprehensive maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all fixtures meets the IP65 international standard, providing robust protection against dust and rain, thus prolonging bulb life. Durable materials, including aluminum alloy plates and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, guarantee long-lasting performance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
