The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precise cutting, bending,and automated welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.
2. In the functional framework, we focus on integrating decorative materials, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system supports a lifting speed between 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains steady.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can automatically drop and lock into place with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is designed to accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), offering both spotlights and floodlights.A computer time controller automates the switching time, allowing for partial or full illumination based on your needs.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,
with a 1-meter-long grounding wire embedded in the underground foundation, welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can generally be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting pole typically exceeds 18m in height and allows for convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach and secure itself, unloading the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, enabling the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for straightforward maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5m distance.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, the cable connects to both the electrical control system socket and the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lift-type high-pole lamps adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for lamps and lanterns include high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
