Comprehensive Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The structure typically features either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through a meticulous process of cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design reaching up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to its functional framework, decorative materials are predominantly steel, including the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all treated with hot dip galvanization.
3. The sophisticated electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system facilitates a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading mechanism, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it securely locks into place with an automatic hook system.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options.With a computer time controller, the system can automatically manage switch timings, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed.
6. Our robust lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod atop the lamp,
and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Categories of High Pole Lamps:
These lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting poles typically exceed 18m in height and feature an electric lifting mechanism for ease of operation. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from 5m away, ensuring personal safety.
Additionally, these lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one cable end plugs into the electrical control system socket, and the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring uninterrupted power supply during maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, protecting against dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used are primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
