Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The structure of our high mast lighting poles is crafted in dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes. These are meticulously formed from high-strength steel plates through processes of cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Available heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these poles are enhanced with decorative elements primarily made from steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot dip galvanizing for added durability and aesthetic appeal.

3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system enables a seamless lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

4. The guiding and unloading mechanism includes precision-engineered guide wheels and guide arms. This configuration ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process.During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically dropped and securely locked in place by the hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system is versatilely equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W options. These include metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight varieties. A computer time controller is integrated to manage automatic switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required.

6. Our state-of-the-art lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top.

The underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, expertly welded to the underground bolt to ensure maximum safety and reliability.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type typically features a main pole height of over 18 meters, with a seamless electric lifting operation for maximum convenience. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches and secures itself in place, allowing the wire rope to be safely released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes—manual and electric. This dual functionality ensures the lamp tray can be easily operated.
For maintenance ease, the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby guaranteeing operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the spare cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating straightforward maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
The lift-type high-pole lamp boasts an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thus prolonging the bulb's service life. These high-quality lamps and lanterns are crafted from durable aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
