1. Imagine an awe-inspiring structure with a shape that is either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, made from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo meticulous cutting and bending,and are seamlessly joined through automatic welding. Towering to impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles boast a formidable wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters/second.
2. Functionality meets aesthetics in our design, with an elegant framework complemented by decorative elements. The materials predominantly used are steel and steel pipes. Each lamp post and plate is enhanced by hot dip galvanizing, ensuring robust durability.
3. Our cutting-edge electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering. It includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, all working in harmony.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates with a smooth speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring seamless functionality.

The guiding and unloading system, a combination of guide wheels and arms, is designed to maintain stability, ensuring that the lamp plate remains securely in position and does not sway transversely.As the lamp plate ascends or descends, it automatically aligns and locks in place using a secure hook mechanism, ensuring safety and precision.
5. Our lighting electrical system is versatile and powerful, equipped with an array of 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. Utilizing metal halide technology (white light), it offers both focused beam and wide floodlight options.A sophisticated computer time controller grants you the convenience to automate the lighting schedule, offering options for partial lighting or full illumination depending on your requirements.
6. Our advanced lightning protection system ensures safety, featuring a 1.5 meters long lightning rod atop the lamp,
and a robust underground foundation equipped with a 1-meter grounding wire, expertly welded with the underground bolt for enhanced security.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are ingeniously categorized into lifting and non-lifting varieties. The lifting main poles, towering over 18m, offer the convenience of electric lifting operations, allowing the lamp tray to rise effortlessly to its working position, then detach and secure itself with ease.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, enhancing its accessibility and operational safety.
With a careful design, the lamp tray descends safely and reliably to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to maintain a safe 5m distance during operations, thereby ensuring their safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for uninterrupted power. Once the lamp tray is suitably positioned, a simple connection to the electrical control system enables continued operation, making maintenance a breeze.
All our lift-type high-pole lamps boast IP65 international standard sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thus prolonging the service life of the bulbs. Crafted from premium materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
