Product Description

The robust configuration of our high mast lights ensures optimal performance and durability in any outdoor sports setting:
1. The design of the poles typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, crafted from high-strength steel plates. They undergo precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding processes. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Our functional framework is complemented by decorative elements primarily made from steel. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of a powerful electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and efficient adjustments.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and guide arms, guarantees the lamp plate remains stable without lateral movement.During the elevation process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically locks securely into place with the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps. Options include 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps, as well as spot and floodlights.Our advanced computer time controller allows for precise automatic control of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination based on your needs.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, featuring an easy-to-operate electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray is elevated to the operational position, it can be automatically detached, securely hung in the ditch, and the wire rope can be released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers two lifting control modes: manual and electric, ensuring versatile operation for the lamp tray.
With safety and reliability in mind, the lifting type high-pole lamp can be lowered to a convenient 2.5 meters above the ground for straightforward maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting mechanism from a safe 5-meter distance, thus ensuring their personal safety.
Furthermore, the lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup enables direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an impressive sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards that protect against dust and rain, thus significantly extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
