1. The structure typically embraces a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole design, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precision cutting and bending,and are assembled through automatic welding. These poles stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, ensuring resilience in all conditions.

2. The framework is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, primarily using steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. Each component, including the lamp plate, is fortified through hot-dip galvanization.

3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated assembly consisting of an electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, seamlessly working together with the cable system.Inside the lamp post, this system facilitates a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a strategically designed guide wheel and guide arm, meticulously ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and devoid of lateral movement.during elevation. Upon reaching its final position, the lamp plate smartly descends and securely locks into place using an automatic hook mechanism.

High pole lamps can typically be classified into two main categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type boasts an impressive main pole height exceeding 18m, paired with an effortless electric lifting operation. Once elevated to the desired working height, the lamp tray ingeniously detaches itself, securely hanging within the recessed ditch, allowing for the quick release of the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—providing flexibility and ease of use. This advanced design ensures the lamp tray can be lowered securely to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance procedures.
Engineered for safety, the manual remote control device extends a 10m lead-out wire, empowering operators to execute lamp panel adjustments from a safe 5m distance, thereby safeguarding their well-being during operation.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to the optimal position, one end of this cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, while the other end fits into the lamp tray's junction box. This setup facilitates direct power supply to the lamp tray, allowing for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps feature an IP65 international standard sealing grade, offering robust protection against dust and rain ingress, significantly prolonging bulb life. Constructed using premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and enduring performance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
