3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring reliable performance.Within the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, made up of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement during lifting.Once the lamp plate is in position, it is automatically secured by hooks that drop and lock it into place.
5. The lighting electrical system can support 6 to 24 lamps, with options ranging from 400W to 1000W, offering metal halide (white light) and floodlight configurations.Equipped with a computer time controller, it can automate switching, offering partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod mounted at the top,

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps can be generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and are designed for seamless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working height, it automatically detaches and hangs in position, allowing the wire rope to be released efficiently.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes: manual and electric, providing flexibility for raising the lamp tray.
For safe and hassle-free maintenance, the lamp tray can be reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel remotely from a distance of 5 meters, enhancing safety.
Additionally, all lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to a suitable position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket, and the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply and easy maintenance of the lamps.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain intrusion and prolonging the bulb's service life. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance.
