♦ Crafted from premium low-carbon steel Q235, our light poles meet stringent design criteria. The silicon content is meticulously controlled to not exceed 0.04%, and the poles are precision-formed using advanced bending machines, ensuring a straightness error of no more than 0.05%.
♦ Advanced Manufacturing Technology: Each light pole is integrally formed with seamless lines and undergoes both internal and external hot galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, and passivation, adhering strictly to the national standard GB/T13912-92. Zinc plating adhesion meets the GB2694-88 standard, guaranteeing an anti-corrosion lifespan exceeding 30 years.
