Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagonal or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are cut and bent with precision,then subjected to automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an exceptional wind resistance capability designed to endure speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In terms of functionality and aesthetics, the materials are predominantly steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo thorough hot-dip galvanization.

3. The electric lifting system includes an efficient electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes along with cables.Internally, the lamp post is designed to accommodate a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system features guide wheels and arms, meticulously engineered to guarantee that the lamp plate remains stable,throughout the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically locks and secures itself with precision hooks.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, utilizing 400W to 1000W metal halide options for both white light and floodlight configurations.A sophisticated computer time controller allows for automatic management of switch timings, enabling partial or complete illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is fortified with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod on the lamp top,

and grounded by a 1-meter long grounding wire securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, ensuring convenient electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches, securing itself in place while the wire rope is released.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp boasts dual lifting control modes — manual and electric — providing versatile functionality. This dual-mode system allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters from the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel lift from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray reaches the appropriate position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply and seamless maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending bulb life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from corrosion-resistant materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and reliability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
