1. Crafted with precision, our high mast light poles are available in dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes. Forged from high-strength steel plates, each pole undergoes meticulous cutting, bending,and automatic welding processes. These towering structures reach heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, withstanding fierce winds up to 60 meters/second.
2. Designed not only for functionality but also elegance, our poles are embellished with decorative steel materials. Components including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot dip galvanized for longevity.
3. The advanced electric lifting system features a robust electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes.Within the lamp post, an efficient lifting mechanism raises the lamp plate at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, equipped with a guide wheel and arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable,.allowing for a smooth ascent. With precision placement, the lamp plate automatically locks and secures itself with precision.
5. Our lighting system offers versatility, with configurations of 6 to 24 lamps available. Choose between 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight options.Managed by an intuitive computer time controller, lighting can be tailored to your needs—whether partial or full illumination.
6. To safeguard your structure, a 1.5-meter lightning rod crowns the lamp top,
while the robust underground foundation features 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting poles stand majestically at over 18m, offering effortless electric lifting. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically detaches and securely positions itself.
Featuring both manual and electric control modes, the lifting type high-pole lamp allows the lamp tray
to descend safely to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device offers a lead-out wire extending to 10m, enabling remote operations from a safe 5m distance.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When lowered, the cable seamlessly connects from the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring uninterrupted power for maintenance.
The lift-type high-pole lamp boasts an IP65 international sealing standard, protecting against dust and rain, and ensuring a prolonged bulb life. Constructed with aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, the lamps offer superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.

The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
