Unveiling the Premium Configuration of Our High Mast Tower Lights:

1. Expertly crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, our high mast lights are engineered with high-strength steel plates, masterfully cut, bent, and seamlessly welded. Towering at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they boast an impressive wind resistance design that can withstand speeds of up to 60 meters/second.

2. Not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, our framework utilizes superior steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all meticulously hot-dip galvanized.

3. Featuring an advanced electric lifting system, our towers include an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This system enables a smooth lifting speed between 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is designed to automatically lock into place with a secure hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. Choose from metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. Furthermore, the integrated computer time controller offers automated switching, with options for partial or full illumination.

6. For superior safety, our lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp's apex,

complemented by 1-meter-long grounding wires embedded in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolts.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting high poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature an effortless electric lift. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it can automatically detach, hang securely, and the wire rope can be safely released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp includes both manual and electric lifting controls, enabling the lamp tray to be securely and reliably lowered to a convenient 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring maximum safety for maintenance personnel.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This arrangement ensures a direct power supply for effective maintenance of the lamps.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, safeguarding against dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps are crafted from corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
