3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is maintained.

High-Pole Lamp Classification
High-pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Offering convenience, lifting poles generally exceed 18m in height, featuring an automated lifting mechanism. Once elevated, the lamp tray detaches automatically, hanging securely as the wire rope disengages.
The lifting variant offers dual control options—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray
to be smoothly and safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating maintenance. With a 10m lead-out wire, operators can manage lamp panel movements from a safe 5m distance, ensuring comprehensive operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable for reliability. When the tray descends to an appropriate height, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control socket, and the other into the lamp tray junction box, ensuring continuous power supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns under the lift-type high-pole lamp conform to the IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain, thereby extending bulb longevity. Crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they promise durability and performance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
