High Mast Light Configuration Overview:
1. The structures are predominantly dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from robust steel plates through cutting, bending,and automated welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to a remarkable 60 meters per second.
2. In terms of functionality and aesthetics, the framework incorporates decorative elements, with primary materials being steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all treated with hot dip galvanization.
3. The electric lifting mechanism features an electric motor and winch, complemented by three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed is maintained at 3 to 5 meters per minute for smooth operations.
4. The guiding and unloading assembly, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing any lateral movement of the lamp plate.during its ascent and descent. Once correctly positioned, the lamp plate is automatically secured by a drop-and-lock hook mechanism.
5. Lighting and electrical systems are equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, offering options between 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) and floodlights.A computer time controller seamlessly manages the illumination, allowing for automatic switching and selective or full lighting.
6. Lightning protection is ensured with a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top, and
the underground foundation is integrated with a 1-meter grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for comprehensive safety.
