2. In addition to their functional framework, these magnificent poles are adorned with decorative materials, primarily composed of robust steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates that undergo a protective hot dip galvanizing process.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, incorporating an efficient electric motor, a sturdy winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, this system facilitates a smooth lifting process at a speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring absolute stability, as the lamp plate remains perfectly aligned, without any sideways movement,. during the lifting process. Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate automatically descends and securely locks into place with a precision hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is remarkably versatile, accommodating between 6 to 24 lamps, each ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. It supports cutting-edge metal halide technology, offering both brilliant white light and floodlight options. A sophisticated computer time controller ensures seamless operation, allowing for automated control over switching times and flexible lighting modes, from partial to full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system is expertly integrated, featuring a robust 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,
complemented by a 1-meter grounding wire embedded in the underground foundation, meticulously welded to the underground bolt to ensure optimal safety.
