1. The structure is typically a robust dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precise cutting and bending,followed by automatic welding. These poles reach impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and even 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. A fusion of function and aesthetics, the framework features decorative materials predominantly composed of steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all enhanced by hot dip galvanization.

The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring a powerful electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes with accompanying cables.Inside the lamp post, this system achieves a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute for efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate.during elevation. At full height, an automatic mechanism secures the lamp plate, locking it firmly in place with a hook.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
These high pole lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles, exceeding 18 meters, offer easy electric lifting operation. Once raised, the lamp tray automatically disengages and is securely positioned, with wire ropes safely offloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual modes of control: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
descends securely to a height of 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance. The manual remote control's 10m lead allows safe, remote operation of lifting at a 5m distance, safeguarding user safety.
For uninterrupted functionality, these lamps include a spare cable. Once the tray is lowered suitably, the cable connects seamlessly to both the electrical control system's socket and the lamp tray's junction box, ensuring continuous power supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns meet the IP65 international sealing standard, guarding against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they boast excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
