Exquisite Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate, precision-cut, and expertly bent,with advanced automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to its functional excellence, the framework is enhanced with decorative elements, primarily using steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all hot dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system features a robust electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, lifting speeds range from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable during lifting,.and once in position, the lamp plate automatically secures and locks with the hook for safety.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, supporting both 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), providing versatile spot and floodlighting options.A sophisticated computer time controller manages automatic switching, partial, or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a top-mounted 1.5 meter long lightning rod,

High Pole Lamp Classification
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically stand at heights exceeding 18 meters, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its optimal working position, it automatically detaches, secures into the groove, and the wire rope disengages.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features both manual and electric lifting control options, ensuring the lamp tray
can be securely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The lead-out wire of the manual remote control device extends 10 meters, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby safeguarding the operator's safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, permitting direct power supply for maintenance and inspection of the lamps.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamp's materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
