These structures typically soar to heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The functional framework doubles as an aesthetic asset, primarily using steel. Components such as steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are treated with hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. A robust electric lifting system features an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with cables.The system enables a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.
4. The innovative guiding and unloading system incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm, assuring no transverse movement of the lamp plate.during elevation. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate conveniently locks into place, thanks to an automatic dropping and hooking mechanism.

The sophisticated lighting electrical system boasts between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W to 1000W metal halide options, offering both white light and floodlight capabilities.A computer time controller enhances functionality by automating switch timings, catering to either partial lighting needs or full illumination demands.
6. The lightning protection system is an essential safety feature; the lamp top is fortified with a 1.5-meter lightning rod,
and the underground foundation includes a 1.1-meter grounding wire, skillfully welded to the underground bolt for secure grounding.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are predominantly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18m in height, providing convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working height, the lamp tray automatically disconnects, securing safely in place, and the wire rope disengages effortlessly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control options, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be lowered safely and dependably to 2.5 meters above ground for straightforward maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, empowering operators to control the panel's ascent or descent from a safe 5m distance, ensuring their safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the tray is lowered to a suitable position, one cable end fits into the electrical control system's socket, while the other connects to the tray's junction box, enabling direct power supply for hassle-free lamp upkeep.
Crafted to IP65 international standards, all lift-type high-pole lamp fixtures are sealed against dust and rain, extending bulb longevity. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these fixtures exhibit superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
