The Comprehensive Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The shapes are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo cutting, bending,and automatic welding processes. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand maximum wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, our poles utilize decorative materials primarily made of steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all hot-dip galvanized for longevity.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. Our guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.During the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook system.

Comprehensive Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The height of the lifting main pole usually exceeds 18m, offering a seamless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach, secure itself in the groove, and release the wire rope effortlessly.
Our lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This duality ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The lead-out wire of the manual remote control device extends to 10m, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a reliable spare cable. When the lamp tray is brought down to a suitable position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system's socket while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows the lamp tray to receive direct power, facilitating the straightforward overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby prolonging the bulb's service life. The materials used, primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensure excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
