Comprehensive Classification of High Pole Lamps
These high pole lamps are generally classified into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. Typically, the lift-type high poles stand over 18 meters tall and feature a convenient electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational height, it automatically detaches, securely locking into place while the wire rope is safely released.
The lift-type high-pole lamps offer dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—ensuring versatile and seamless operation. The lamp tray can be effortlessly lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground for easy access and maintenance.
With a 10-meter lead-out wire, the manual remote control device allows the operator to command the lamp panel’s movements from a safe 5-meter distance, guaranteeing utmost safety during operation. This system ensures the lamp tray can be lowered with utmost reliability.
Equipped with a spare cable, the lift-type high-pole lamps enable direct power supply to the lamp tray for maintenance. When the tray is lowered, connect one end of the cable to the electrical control system socket and the other end to the tray’s junction box for uninterrupted power supply during overhauls.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 sealing grade, an international standard for superior dust and rain protection, significantly extending bulb life. Crafted from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance for long-term durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
