Product Description
Configuration Details of the High Mast Light:
1. The elegant form of these lights typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent,and welded automatically. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionality meets aesthetics with a framework that incorporates decorative materials, predominantly steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features an efficient electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This system ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, securely housed inside the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm, meticulously designed to prevent the lamp plate from moving sideways.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically locks into place with a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, each ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. Options include metal halide (white light) lamps, providing both spot and floodlighting.A sophisticated computer time controller is included to automate the switching time, offering options for partial or full illumination,
6. Lightning protection is paramount; the top of the lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,
and the underground foundation is fitted with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are classified into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, ensuring easy electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated working position, it automatically detaches, securely hangs in the groove, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric. This design allows the lamp tray
to be safely and effectively lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, enabling easy maintenance and repair of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65, adhering to international standards to protect against dust and rain intrusion, thus extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are constructed from premium materials, such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

1. | The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
