Product Description

Exquisite Configuration of Our High Mast Light:

1. The structure is primarily dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. After precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding, the poles reach heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance design able to withstand speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally sturdy yet aesthetically pleasing, the framework features steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability and elegant finish.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of a powerful electric motor, a winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a swift speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.during elevation. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it securely locks into place with an automatic hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system boasts 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light) fixtures, and floodlights. A sophisticated computer time controller allows for precise, automated switching, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. For ultimate safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5 meters long lightning rod atop the lamp,

and a robust grounding setup featuring 1 meter long grounding wires welded with the underground bolt, ensuring comprehensive protection.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. With lifting main poles typically exceeding 18m in height, they offer the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can automatically detach, securely hang in the groove, and the wire rope can be efficiently released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray to be adjusted with ease and precision.
For safe and reliable maintenance, the lamp tray can be lowered smoothly to 2.5 meters above ground level. Equipped with a 10m lead-out wire, the manual remote control device lets operators manage lifting operations from a safe 5m distance, ensuring operator safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is appropriately positioned, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other end integrates with the lamp tray's junction box, enabling direct power supply for seamless maintenance and repair of the lamps.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively blocking dust and rain ingress to prolong the bulb's service life. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer superior corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
