Product Description

Sophisticated Configuration of Our High Mast Light System:

1. The design features either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates are meticulously cut, bent, and welded automatically. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is constructed with decorative materials, primarily steel and steel pipe. The lamp post and lamp plate undergo a hot-dip galvanizing process for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. It enables a seamless lifting mechanism inside the lamp post, operating at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system ensures stability with its guide wheel and arm, preventing any transverse movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked automatically by the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, using metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights. A computer time controller manages the automatic switching time, offering options for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter lightning rod at the lamp top,

and the underground foundation includes a 1-meter grounding wire welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High mast lights can be broadly categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. With heights of over 18 meters, the lifting type offers the convenience of electric operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated position, it securely locks in place, ensuring stability. The wire rope can then be effortlessly detached, making the entire process seamless.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control options, both manual and electric, allowing users to effortlessly lower the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground level for maintenance. This versatility ensures ease of use and enhanced safety during operations.
Equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control, operators can manage the lamp's lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, prioritizing personal safety during the process.
Our lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable, enhancing its reliability. When the tray is at a suitable height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of our lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer exceptional corrosion resistance and extended bulb life.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
