Product Description

High Mast Light Configuration:

1. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, the dodecagon or octagonal conical poles are meticulously cut, bent, and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design accommodating up to 60 meters per second.

2. A fusion of functionality and aesthetics, the framework primarily features steel and steel pipes, with lamp posts and lamp plates benefiting from hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, incorporating an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable. Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute is achieved.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stable and precise positioning of the lamp plate during the lifting process, and allows the lamp plate to be automatically dropped and securely locked by the hook when in place.

5. Our lighting electrical system can house between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. These include metal halide (white light), light, and floodlight options. The advanced computer time controller offers automatic switching, part lighting, or full illumination capabilities.

6. Lightning Protection System: The top of each lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation features 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded securely with the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are meticulously designed and can be classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, standing tall at over 18 meters, offers effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it seamlessly detaches, secures itself in the groove, and the wire rope releases, ensuring stability and reliability.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is ingeniously equipped with dual control modes: manual and electric, providing unmatched flexibility in lamp tray management.
For maintenance ease, the lamp tray can be securely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground. The manual remote control device, with a 10-meter lead, allows operators to manage the lamp panel's lifting from 5 meters away, ensuring utmost safety.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other integrates with the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct electricity supply for seamless maintenance and overhaul.
Boasting an IP65 international sealing standard, our lift-type high-pole lamps are designed to withstand dust and rain, significantly prolonging the bulb's lifespan. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps exhibit exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
