3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This innovative mechanism ensures a smooth lifting experience, achieving speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. A meticulous guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during elevation,.Upon reaching its destination, the lamp plate is effortlessly secured as it automatically drops and locks into place with precision-engineered hooks.
5. The lighting electrical system hosts an impressive array of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W, utilizing metal halide technology for bright white light. These can function as both spotlights and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller seamlessly manages the illumination, allowing for automatic switching, selective lighting, or full brilliance.
6. For optimal safety, a robust lightning protection system is included. Each lamp is topped with a 1.5 meters long lightning rod,
and a meticulously designed underground foundation is equipped with 1 meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting variety generally surpasses 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its functional height, it seamlessly detaches, hooks into place, and the wire rope is efficiently disengaged.
The lift-type high-pole lamp features dual control options, both manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
can be reliably lowered to a mere 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance. With a 10m lead-out wire for the manual remote control, operators can safely maneuver the lamp panel from a secure 5m distance, safeguarding their well-being.
Equipped with a spare cable, these lamps ensure uninterrupted service. At a suitable position, one cable end connects to the electrical control system, while the other links to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance and repair.
All lamp assemblies boast IP65 sealing standards, shielding against dust and rain, thus ensuring extended bulb longevity. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
