3. The electric lifting system is ingeniously composed of an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, ensuring seamless operation.A sophisticated mechanism inside the lamp post facilitates a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a reliable hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with an array of 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. It supports metal halide (white light), along with spotlights and floodlights.A cutting-edge computer time controller provides automated control over the lighting schedule, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Typically, these can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting high mast poles generally exceed 18m in height, facilitating effortless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational position, it can seamlessly detach and secure itself into place, with the wire rope gracefully releasing.
Equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—the lifting high-pole lamp allows the tray
to be gently and safely lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance. A manual remote control's 10-meter lead wire enables operators to manage the lift at a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their well-being.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a backup cable. As the lamp tray descends to a convenient height, one cable end connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end fits into the lamp tray's junction box, thus providing direct power and enabling maintenance of the lamps.
The lift-type high-pole lamp boasts a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, guarding against dust and rain intrusion, thus extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from premium materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps ensure outstanding corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
