1. 2. In their functional framework, these lighting solutions are enhanced with decorative elements, primarily using steel. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Installed inside the lamp post, this system allows for a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and immobile during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate is in position, an automatic mechanism allows it to be securely dropped and locked in place by the hook.

The lighting electrical system can be equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, utilizing metal halide (white light), both for spot and flood lighting.A sophisticated computer time controller efficiently manages the switching schedule, offering options for partial or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.
Equipped with grounding wires 1 meter in length at the underground foundation, these wires are securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
These lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles usually exceed 18m in height, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working position, the lamp tray can autonomously detach, hang securely, and facilitate wire rope unloading.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric lifting control modes, enabling safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above ground for ease of maintenance.
With a 10m lead-out wire for manual remote control, operators can safely manage the lifting process from a distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable, ensuring seamless electricity supply for lamp tray operations and maintenance. When lowered, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box.
The sealing grade of these lamps and lanterns meets the IP65 international standard, offering complete protection against dust and rain to extend bulb life. Constructed from materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they boast exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
