1. These structures are typically crafted in striking dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes. Utilizing robust, high-strength steel plates, they undergo precise cutting and bending processes,followed by automatic welding. With standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they boast maximum wind resistance capabilities of up to an impressive 60 meters per second.
2. While primarily functional, the framework is artistically enhanced with decorative materials. Integral components like steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are protected by hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of efficiency, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. A sophisticated internal mechanism enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. An innovative guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is effortlessly secured in place by an automatic hook mechanism.
5. Our sophisticated lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W. These lamps include metal halide options for radiant white light, providing both spot and floodlighting capabilities. The integrated computer time controller enables seamless automation of lighting schedules, offering partial or full illumination control to suit any event.
6. The lightning protection system is meticulously designed, featuring a robust 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and a 1-meter-long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, firmly welded to the underground bolt for exceptional safety.

The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
