The configuration of our state-of-the-art high mast light encompasses advanced engineering and cutting-edge design:
1. These structures are typically crafted in striking dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes. Utilizing robust, high-strength steel plates, they undergo precise cutting and bending processes,followed by automatic welding. With standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, they boast maximum wind resistance capabilities of up to an impressive 60 meters per second.

2. While primarily functional, the framework is artistically enhanced with decorative materials. Integral components like steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are protected by hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of efficiency, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. A sophisticated internal mechanism enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.

4. An innovative guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is effortlessly secured in place by an automatic hook mechanism.

5. Our sophisticated lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W. These lamps include metal halide options for radiant white light, providing both spot and floodlighting capabilities. The integrated computer time controller enables seamless automation of lighting schedules, offering partial or full illumination control to suit any event.

6. The lightning protection system is meticulously designed, featuring a robust 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and a 1-meter-long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, firmly welded to the underground bolt for exceptional safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps: Our high pole lamps are expertly categorized to cater to diverse lighting requirements, ensuring versatility and ease of use across various applications.
Generally, high pole lamps are divided into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18m, facilitating seamless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and securely locks into the housing, allowing easy unloading of the wire rope.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes—manual and electric—ensuring flexible operation. This design allows the lamp tray to be safely and reliably brought down to just 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance tasks.
With a manual remote control device boasting a 10m lead-out wire, operators can effortlessly manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5 meters, guaranteeing their safety at all times.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable, ensuring continuous electrical supply even during maintenance. As the lamp tray descends to a suitable position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray.
Our lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international sealing standard, offering robust protection against dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Made from durable aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials provide exceptional corrosion resistance, enhancing longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
