4. The guiding and unloading system includes a sophisticated guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable..During the lifting process, the lamp plate is securely locked in place with an automatic dropping and locking mechanism, courtesy of the hook.

Classification of high pole lamps
Generally, high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Typically, lifting poles exceed 18m, equipped for easy electric operation. Once elevated to the operational position, the lamp tray gracefully detaches and settles securely.
The lifting type high-pole lamp includes both manual and electric lifting control, ensuring flexibility and safety.
Effortlessly lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for maintenance, the manual remote control device offers a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to maintain a safe distance of 5m during operation.
Furthermore, a spare cable is provided with the lift-type high-pole lamp. When lowered to the appropriate height, this cable enables direct power supply for easy lamp maintenance.
The sealing grade for these lamps meets IP65 international standards, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending bulb life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps boast impressive corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
