Product Description

The configuration of our state-of-the-art high mast light:
1. Typically designed in a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through precision cutting and bending,and finished with automatic welding. These poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, boasting a maximum wind resistance design capable of enduring speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is both robust and decorative, utilizing primarily steel materials. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system includes an efficient electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and reliable elevation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and aligned during the lifting process,ensuring precision and safety. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically dropped and securely locked into place by the hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, featuring metal halide (white light) options, along with spotlight and floodlight capabilities. Equipped with a sophisticated computer time controller, the system allows for automatic control over switching times, enabling either partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and a grounding system at the foundation, featuring a 1-meter-long grounding wire welded securely with the underground bolt for optimal protection.

High Pole Lamp Classifications
Our high-pole lamps are expertly designed and categorized into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. Typically, the lifting main pole stands taller than 18m, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the desired working height, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches, securing itself automatically. This innovation ensures the wire rope is efficiently unloaded, making maintenance hassle-free.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above the ground.
Equipped with a manual remote control device boasting a 10m lead-out wire, operators can effortlessly control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5m distance, prioritizing personal safety and operational efficiency.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable for emergencies. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply for maintenance and repairs.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international sealing standard, safeguarding against dust and rain intrusion to extend bulb lifespan. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel, these lamps boast excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and reliability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
