After precision cutting and bending,they are fortified through automatic welding. Typically, these structures stand proudly at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand maximum wind forces of up to 60 meters per second.

The electric lifting system is a masterpiece of precision engineering, comprising an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of meticulously crafted hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Within the lamp post, this system achieves a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system is expertly crafted, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains perfectly stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate is in position, it is designed to automatically drop and lock securely with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system is engineered for versatility, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400W to 1000W. It supports both metal halide (white light) and floodlight applications.A sophisticated computer time controller enables automatic management of the lighting schedule, offering options for partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp. Additionally,
the underground foundation is strategically equipped with 1 meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type boasts poles over 18m tall, designed for effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray seamlessly detaches, resting securely in the designated channel, and the wire rope is easily released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—ensuring the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above ground. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's ascent and descent from a safe 5m distance, ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable for seamless operation. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end joins the lamp tray's junction box, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, safeguarding against dust and rain, thereby enhancing the bulb's longevity. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring durability and performance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
