Unveiling the Advanced Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. Featuring a robust design, the high mast light poles are typically dodecagon or octagonal conical poles crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates are expertly cut and bent,then subjected to automatic welding. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Not only functional but also decorative, the framework boasts materials primarily of steel. The steel pipe lamp post and lamp plate undergo a hot dip galvanizing process to ensure longevity and durability.

3. The sophisticated electric lifting system includes an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, designed for optimal performance.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient and smooth elevation.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm to maintain stability, preventing any transverse movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches the desired position, it automatically locks into place securely using a hook, ensuring stability and safety.

5. Our lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) fixtures, providing both spotlighting and floodlighting.An advanced computer time controller enhances functionality, allowing automatic control over switching times, as well as options for partial or full illumination.

6. The robust lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, ensuring comprehensive protection.

The underground foundation is reinforced with 1-meter-long grounding wires, meticulously welded with the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, facilitating a seamless electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches, securing itself in place while effortlessly releasing the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control modes, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray to be managed with ease.
The design ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus prioritizing operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the desired level, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating straightforward maintenance and repairs of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, protecting against dust and rain, and ensuring the longevity of the bulbs. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
