1. Typically crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, the poles are made from high-strength steel plates that undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. These majestic structures generally tower at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional design, they feature decorative elements made primarily from steel. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, comprising an efficient electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, this system enables a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway transversely.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it is elegantly secured in place as the hook automatically drops and locks it.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed 18 meters in height and feature an easy-to-operate electric lifting mechanism. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches, securely hanging in place, while the wire rope is effortlessly disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual manual and electric control modes for the lamp tray.
It can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct electricity supply for lamp and lantern maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns for the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
