1. Typically, the high mast light features either a striking dodecagon or an elegant octagonal conical pole, expertly crafted from high-strength steel. Through precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding, these structures reach impressive heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, boasting a remarkable wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to their functional framework, these high mast lights are adorned with decorative elements, predominantly crafted from steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all enhanced with hot-dip galvanizing for durability and resilience.

The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, consisting of a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at an efficient speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and swift operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a sophisticated guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable, avoiding any lateral movement.during the lift. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be seamlessly and securely locked into place by the automatic hook mechanism.
5. The advanced lighting electrical system supports an array of 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400W to 1000W, including metal halide for bright white light, and versatile floodlighting.A sophisticated computer time controller offers automated management of switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as desired.
6. The lightning protection system is exceptional, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp's pinnacle,
and complemented by a 1-meter-long grounding wire at the foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are predominantly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The liftable main pole typically exceeds 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operation. Once elevated to the operational position, the lamp tray can effortlessly detach, hang securely, and release the wire rope.
The lift-type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes, manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be securely and reliably lowered to a maintenance-friendly height of 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control provides a 10-meter lead, enabling operators to manage the lifting process from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring utmost safety.
Furthermore, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When the tray descends to a suitable level, the cable connects seamlessly to the electrical control system and the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring uninterrupted power for servicing the lamps and fixtures.
The entire lift-type high-pole lamp range adheres to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively safeguarding against dust and rain, thereby prolonging the bulb's service life. Lamp and lantern materials are typically composed of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
