The sophisticated configuration of our high mast light:
1. The structure typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are cut, meticulously bent,and seamlessly welded with precision. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust design capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Within the perfectly functional framework, decorative enhancements use premium steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. The lamp plates are fortified with hot-dip galvanizing for maximum durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an efficient electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of resilient hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope and cables.This system ensures a smooth lifting pace ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post interior.

4. The guiding and unloading mechanism, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, is expertly designed to maintain the lamp plate's stability without lateral shifts.during the entire lifting sequence. Once in position, the lamp plate is effortlessly secured through an automatic drop-and-lock hook system.

5. Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type, typically exceeding 18m in height, offers an effortless electric lifting operation. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray autonomously detaches, securely suspends within the groove, and the wire rope is effortlessly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes equipped with dual control modes: manual and electric. This duality ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and dependably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. A manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to manage the lamp panel's ascent and descent from a safe 5m distance, thus prioritizing operator safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket while the other links to the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration ensures the lamp tray receives direct power, allowing seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively blocking dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamp materials are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
