The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate that is meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.
2. In addition to functional frameworks, decorative materials such as steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient maintenance.
4. The guiding and unloading system consists of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains steady and does not shift sideways.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically secures and locks in place.

The lighting electrical system is configurable with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options.A computer time controller allows for automatic control of the switching times, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted atop the lamp,
and an underground foundation equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded securely with the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m in height, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised to the working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and hangs in place, enabling wire rope unloading.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes – manual and electric – ensuring the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance a breeze. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control lifting from a distance of 5m, ensuring safety.
Additionally, all lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the maintenance position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system, and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard, ensuring they are sealed against dust and rain. This extends the bulb's service life. The materials used are generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
