Introducing the Advanced Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The structure features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates, expertly cut, and bent,finished with automatic welding. These poles typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Built for both functionality and aesthetics, the framework is primarily composed of steel, with components including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.
3. Our electric lifting system is robust, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.It includes an internal lifting mechanism with a speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency.
4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and aligned.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked in place by an automatic hook mechanism.

The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light), offering both spot and floodlighting capabilities.A sophisticated computer time controller allows for automatic control of switching times, and can manage part lighting or full illumination based on need.
6. Our advanced lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top,
and a grounding system with 1-meter long grounding wires welded to the underground bolts, ensuring maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
Our lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles are generally over 18m tall, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised, the lamp tray automatically secures itself, ensuring stability.
Lifting high-pole lamps offer both manual and electric control options, enabling the lamp tray to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance.
The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel from 5m away, ensuring personal safety.
For additional reliability, lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. This cable ensures that, when the tray is lowered, it can be connected directly to the electrical control system for easy maintenance.
All lamps meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, preventing dust and rain from entering and prolonging bulb life. They are constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided. |
